As a Prime Contractor, the project covered a built-up area (BUA) of 288,500 m² and
included the construction of Air Defense College buildings and miscellaneous facilities,
comprising Air Defense training fields, the senior year building, the library and
examination building, 2 mosques, obstacle course training fields, the elementary
education building, and the educational study building.
