As Prime Contractor, Consortium Partner, Civil and Track Works Contractor, and Railway
Infrastructure Contractor, the scope covered two major lines: the Greenfield Link
and Marazik–Wahat line (approximately 151 km), involving track upgrade and signaling
modernization, new track installation, track renewal, 86 turnout renewals, and civil
works for level crossings, towers, CTC, LX, and SER buildings; and the El Itihad–
Al Nahda line (approximately 114 km), involving track upgrade and signaling modernization,
new track installation, track renewal, efficiency upgrades, and the same associated
civil works.
