Rowad, serving as prime contractor, is delivering turnkey construction across two
principal zones of the EIPICO 3 facility: a modular Critical Area for Process and
Filling operations, spanning two floors with a built-up area of approximately 4,750
m², and a Non-Critical Area of approximately 5,524 m² housing utilities, administration,
and service functions. The scope encompasses delivery of a facility dedicated to
manufacturing prefilled syringes, vials, and cartridges for diabetes pens, executed
as a strategic national project and marking the first application of modular building
construction for drug production in the Middle East.
