As a Prime Contractor, ROWAD carried out the comprehensive restoration of El Einy
School & Mosque (1411 AD), a historic complex comprising a mosque and an educational
facility for Al Azhar students. The project centered on reviving the building’s
original architectural character through the specialized conservation of decorated
and non-decorated timber, grout, metal, marble, and stone elements, complemented
by the meticulous replacement of deteriorated masonry, safeguarding both the site’s
heritage authenticity and its structural integrity.
