As a Prime Contractor, the scope encompasses the construction, testing, commissioning,
and completion of core and shell works, electromechanical systems, external finishes,
and common area interior finishes, alongside comprehensive civil, MEP, and finishing
works for the underground parking masterplans. The works cover Buildings B01, B21,
B10, B11, and B22, together with their associated masterplans, in addition to the
complete MEP package for Building B02.
