With a podium of total built-up area of 24,150 m², including approximately 20,690
m² of building area, ROWAD undertook the turnkey civil and structural delivery of
Katameya Creeks Residential Compound’s commercial center as a Prime Contractor. 
The development comprises 6 buildings, a podium, 7 gates, 2 bridges, and a service
tunnel, with works including complete concrete construction, masonry, roof insulation,
and first fixing electrical and mechanical systems.
