ROWAD delivered the turnkey execution of architectural, civil, non-process MEP, 
process MEP, and specialized equipment installation works for MAFI for Agricultural
Produce Industries’ flagship private free zone complex.

Spanning 154,655.96 m², including 25,860 m² for future expansion, the complex integrates
three key production lines: Individual Quick Freeze (IQF), Fruit Concentrate, and
Freeze-Dry.

The project also includes cold storage facilities, loading and administration areas,
utility and water treatment infrastructure, underground fire and irrigation tanks,
and perimeter security, creating a fully integrated, export-grade food processing
hub designed to international standards.
