Location: NORTH COAST, EGYPT

Covering 40,000 m², the works comprise the development of an inner marina through
earthworks, sheet-pile installation, concrete capping beams, and anchor tie rods,
alongside complete infrastructure, wet and dry utilities, and second-and third-fix
MEP works. Key quantities include 4,550 tonnes of sheet piling, 1,850 tie-back blocks,
and 3,700 m³ of concrete capping beams. The development creates a durable and fully
serviced waterfront facility, enhancing marina functionality, structural stability,
and the overall quality of the coastal destination.
