Developed across a 75,500 m² site, ROWAD undertook multiple construction packages
as a Prime Contractor. Package A included 2 basement levels and 4 fully finished(
G+10) residential buildings with 4 double core configurations. Package D covered
the piazza basement, and complete MEP works for the entire basement, alongside Phase
1 landscaping works.
