With a built-up area of 25,000 m², ROWAD undertook the turnkey delivery of the retail
complex as a Prime Contractor, integrating complete civil, architectural, electromechanical,
and landscaping works. Set within a 120,000 m² development in Giza, the project 
forms a prominent landmark along Sheikh Zayed’s main axis, distinguished by a 500-
meter façade and a contemporary retail concept.
