Rowad is executing construction, installation, and defect remediation of foundation,
civil, and architectural works for the Furnace, Float, and Lehr Buildings, including
tunnel construction beneath the Lehr and warehouse, for the AS2 New Float Manufacturing
Facility. The scope extends to external and internal PHE works, including water 
supply and drainage networks, pumps, disinfection systems, and plumbing installations,
as well as construction and defect remediation for the Batch House, cullet yards,
sand storage building, and conveyors. The scope is completed with the design-build
of pre-engineered steel buildings, rounding out Rowad’s delivery for the largest
and most modern float glass facility in the Middle East.
