Location: CAIRO, EGYPT

Executed as a major mixed-use development, the project comprises 154,000 m² of built-
up area, with ROWAD serving as a Prime Contractor for core and shell works, MEP 
contractor management, and turnkey landscaping. The development became Egypt’s first
business complex to achieve IFC EDGE Advanced certification and was recognized as
MEED’s National Project of the Year in 2022.
