Rooted in the historic character of Al-Balad, Menoufy House was carefully restored
and reimagined as the Tarek Abdul-Hakim Center for Music, creating a new cultural
landmark within Historic Jeddah. The project transformed the heritage property into
a vibrant destination comprising a music center, museum, and exhibition spaces, 
while preserving its distinctive architectural identity. ROWAD delivered the restoration
and adaptive reuse works, balancing the building’s heritage value with its new cultural
function.
