Location: NEW ADMINISTRATIVE CAPITAL, EGYPT

For this project, Rowad served as a Prime Contractor for client El Sewedy Education,
with Raafat Miller Consulting (RMC) as a client consultant. The scope covered construction
enabling (site grading), complete structural works, and finishes and MEP package
for Phase 1A, as well as construction enabling (site grading), complete structural
works, MEP works and finishing works for Phase 2.
