has been selected to execute this national mega project, taking on full responsibility for civil, equipment erection, piping erection and prefabrication, electromechanical, and architectural works across the plantu2019s extensive and specialized zones. Our team has successfully managed the entire process from conceptual engineering to execution, all while adhering to tight deadlines. 2. SCOPE OF WORK
Our work encompassed every core area of the plantu2019s construction and infrastructure, including:nPIPING:nInstalled over 50,000 meters of piping across varying diameters for utilities, fire systems, and plant operations.nFabricated and installed 1,200 tons of high-pressure piping (up to 300 bar), integrating world-standard systems with German machinery.nARCHITECTURAL FINISHES & SUPPORT FACILITIES:nDelivered the complete architectural scope for support buildings, including administrative offices, maintenance workshops, security buildings, warehouses, and industrial structures, ensuring both functionality and visual consistency throughout the complex.nCIVIL WORKS:nExecuted over 500,000 mu00b3 of reinforced concrete and 50,000 tons of steel reinforcement, providing the structural backbone for the entire facility.nINFRASTRUCTURE & ROADS:nInstalled 75,000 mu00b3 of heavy-duty road concrete across 210,000 mu00b2 with a 30 cm slab thickness, designed to accommodate high-capacity industrial traffic-all completed within a record timeframe of 3-4 months.nSECURITY & UTILITIES:nCompleted perimeter fencing, lighting, access control, and utility tie-ins, including water treatment systems, stormwater networks, potable water networks, sewage systems, drainage networks, firefighting
