is proud to be delivering the MAFI Food Complex in El-Sadat City. This integrated facility spans a total land area of 154,655.96 mu00b2 and is designed as an export-oriented hub featuring five state-of-the-art factories aimed at achieving LEED Gold certification.nThe program consolidates advanced technologies, including Individual Quick Freeze (IQF), Fruit Concentrate, and Freeze-Dry processes, all within a high-efficiency logistics and cold-chain ecosystem.nWe are committed to delivering a project that meets the highest standards of quality and sustainability.

2. SCOPE OF WORK
ROWAD Modern Engineering is committed to comprehensive delivery across the MAFI Food Complex, encompassing the following:nCivil and Architectural Works:nComplete construction.nNon-Process MEP:nInstallation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems that do not directly involve production.nProcess MEP:nFull installation, hook-up, and testing of process MEP and OEM equipment within production and support facilities.nIntegrated infrastructure networks for the project,nwhich include both wet and dry utilities.
