ABOUT ROWAD
Our impressive journey of success commenced with Rowad’s establishment in Egypt in 1998. We have since undergone remarkable expansion across Africa and more recently the Middle East and Europe. Notably, we swiftly extended our regional operations, beginning in Algeria in 2006, followed by expansions to Chad and Mozambique by 2012. In 2015, we established our first subsidiary, Driller, followed by Troy in 2018 and Tetra in 2019. Despite challenges posed by the Covid-19 pandemic, we displayed resilience and growth, while stringently adhering to safety regulations. In 2020, we established our Libya branch, expanding operations to Côte d’Ivoire the following year. A significant milestone in our growth journey was marked by the establishment of our Fit-Out subsidiary. In 2022, the latest expansion venture led us to extend its operations to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, fortifying our regional presence. In 2024, we established our branch in Iraq and UAE.
As of 2025, we established our new branch in Greece; we employ over 4,000 staff members and engage more than 7,500 individuals on a non-permanent basis.
