Being certified in ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 is proof of Rowad’s commitment to our employees’ health and safety. Safety procedures are more essential when it comes to the project’s onsite construction phase, as accidents are more likely to occur within the project site. Thus, Rowad is always keen on promoting awareness of health, safety, and environmental-appropriate measures among all concerned entities in order to protect them from any potential accidents or injuries.

With a vision to embrace digital transformation and improve processes, Rowad embarked on a journey towards sustainability and efficiency, starting our digital transformation in August 2020.
Recognizing the need for digitalization, Rowad made the strategic decision to implement an Oracle-backed Unifier, marking the company’s first step towards digital transformation. This transformation required a clear vision, significant adjustments to existing processes, and comprehensive training to ensure a successful transition.
